Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager at Radiant Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital footprint. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, with a focus on driving engagement, building brand awareness, and connecting with our diverse audience. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to managing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement compelling social media strategies that align with overall business goals.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and posts in a timely manner to foster strong relationships with followers.
Analyze social media metrics to measure effectiveness, track performance against KPIs, and optimize strategies continually.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in social media marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.
Conduct competitive analysis to assess industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who possesses a combination of technical skills, creativity, and great communication abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and an understanding of their analytics tools.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
Proficient with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, along with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
